Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be clear and straightforward.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity, exclusivity, and hygiene of our most curated pieces, the following items are marked as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Swimwear & Beachwear: This includes Bikinis, Bandeau tops, Full Coverage, and Halterneck styles for hygiene reasons.
  • Exclusive & Limited Collections: Items from our Exclusives, Editions, and certain Collections are often produced in limited runs and are final sale, as indicated at purchase.
  • Accessories that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.

We provide detailed product descriptions and imagery to assist you in selecting these special pieces carefully.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. You may use the template provided below for clarity.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the eligible item(s) in their original packaging. Include the original invoice/packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our error or a defective item.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. The time for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or provider’s policies.
  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: For size/style exchanges, we ship the new item once the return is approved. If the new item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If lower, we will refund the difference.
